I think that the web offers a wide-range of wonderful learning opportunities for ESOL or NESB students. I wanted to show some teachers using moodle an example of Voki but I didn’t have the appropriate permissions to be able to embed this in my forum post - so I am embedding it here and will link them to this blog.

I think that voki makes speaking and sharing work far less threatening for students - particularly students who may feel intimidated by their lack of English.

I am privileged to work with an incredibly motivated and creative teacher who is always exploring the best ways to engage her students.
