Reflections of AUPOV - 2

It’s been 2 weeks since AUPOV and I am still mulling over the discussions I had and the presentations I listened to.
As you can imagine, I was pretty excited to hear Tony Herrington speak.  Tony is the Associate Professor of Adult Education and IT in Education at the University of Wollongong and his research focus is around using emerging technologies to support professional learning. I was particularly keen to hear about his research investigating the use of mobile technologies to support the professional learning of pre-service teachers.

Abstract

My report is finished - to final proof-reading stage anyway and I am feeling good! I thought I would pop my abstract up here for people to have a look at… The report will be made available through the efellows website in the next few weeks and no doubt I will pop a copy up on this website too.

   So, ‘08 is upon us, summer holidays are over - though the stifling heat of summer is just setting in… and I am beginning my fellowship.
